The conference participation is open to all persons who are interested in attending the 2nd International Mycosafe Symposium at the fees which are stated below.

How to pre-register

  • You may register ONLINE by filling in the online registration form which is available here REGISTER
  • You may alternatively send the printed registration form by fax or e-mail.
    The PDF form is available to download by clicking here
  • The deadline for pre-registration has been extended to 31 March 2010.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

All payments must be made in Euro either by bank transfer or credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted.

1) PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:

Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by the participant. Please indicate your name, registration number and the purpose of your payment in the message field on the bank transfer, so that the payment can be assigned. The bank transfer must be arranged no later than 29 March, 2010. After this deadline, only credit card payments will be accepted.

2) PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

The following credit cards are accepted:
Visa, Euro-/MasterCard, American Express and Diners

If you pay by credit card via the conference website, please submit your credit card number including the expiry date, CVV* code and the total amount charged to make the transaction. If you register using the printed registration form and wish to pay by credit card, we will send you a credit card form, which needs to be filled out completely and faxed back to AIMS.

*The CVV code is the last 3 / 4 digits on the back of the credit card

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Upon on-line registration you will immediately receive an automatic preliminary confirmation. The final confirmation will only be sent when the registration payment has been received.

Cancellation Conditions for Registration

The amount to be refunded will depend on the cancellation date as follows:
Until 09 March 2010 90% refund
From 10 March to 23 March 2010 50% refund
After 24 March 2010 no refund

Name change and other alteration 20.00

Cancellations must be made to the Conference Secretariat (AIMS International) in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. Refunds will be returned after the Symposium. Bank transfer charges for cancellation refunds must be paid by the participants.

NAME BADGES

Name badges will be handed over at the registration counter together with the conference bag, and will also be available at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 07 April 2010 at 19:00 at the Leopold Museum. All participants and accompanying persons are requested to wear the official conference name badges at all conference occasions.
