We have pre-reserved rooms for all participants in the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen which has been appointed as the official Conference Hotel and in the NH Belvedere Hotel, which is in just 3 minutes walking distance from the Conference Hotel.

Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen

The Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen has been appointed as the official Conference Hotel where we have pre-reserved rooms for all participants.

The 309 rooms, of which 43 are individually designed suites, feature modern decor and captivate guests with their classic modern architecture, their discerning optical qualities and service that knows absolutely no bounds.

All rooms have individually adjustable air-conditioning, flat-screen television, radio, high-speed Internet, bath with shower or bathtub, WC and hairdryer.

The warm colours and floral motifs are reflective of the nearby Botanical Garden, creating an ambience of comfort and ease.

In its vitality area, the Hotel Savoyen Vienna offers the luxury of total relaxation. State-of-the-art fitness equipment, along with a sauna, steam bath and massages, provide relaxation for body, mind and soul.

The à la carte restaurant "Prinz von Savoyen" with Mediterranean cuisine, the hotelbar "Soisson" as well as the "Atrium Lounge" and "Vitalbar" are pleased to welcome you with a comfortable breakfast, a business lunch or fresh drinks after a long day.

NH Belvedere

The NH Belvedere is like the Hotel Savoyen Vienna located in the middle of the city's diplomatic quarter surrounded by good transport facilities to the center, and gives you a fantastic view to the Belvedere Palace and the famous Botanical Garden.

Each of the rooms is nicely refurbished and equipped with 4-star comfort, telephone, modem and WLAN connection. The building has Art Nouveau charm combined with modern design, high ceilings and large windows, some overlooking the Palace Garden (Schlossgarten). Recreate and relax in the wellness area on 150 m², in sauna, steam bath, gym, solarium and relaxing room.

The "Rossini Bar" offers a selection of cocktails, afternoon teas and quality snacks to suit every taste. Maybe you will just prefer leaning back and relaxing with a Viennese specialty coffee!

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Hotel Deposit

Please be informed that a credit card is necessary in order to book your hotel. By completing the registration form, you authorise us to forward your credit card details to the hotel as a guarantee.

The cancellation policy for the accommodation is as follows:

Until 09 March 2010	no charge
From 10 March 2010 to 23 March 2010	first night
From 24 March to arrival date & no show	full stay

GENERAL INFORMATION

As soon as the Registration Form is received, your requested reservations will be completed, subject to availability. The verification of the hotel accommodation and the participation in the conference will be included in a confirmation letter.

Participants are requested to pay their personal expenses directly to the hotel when checking out. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of the hotel. Generally check-in is possible from 14:00 (to 18:00). Please indicate on the Registration Form if arrival at the hotel is scheduled after 18:00 so that the Conference Secretariat can inform the hotel about your late arrival. The check-out time in the hotels is usually 12:00.

Please note that all room reservations will be made on a "first come, first served" basis and all reservations will be subject to availability. Hotel bookings should be made through the Conference Secretariat in order to benefit from the special rates.
